Qualification: 1.7 working experience,Bachelor degree or above. 2.Innovation / marketing experience in FMCG – mandatory. 3.Trade marketing / field sales experience in FMCG is a plus. 4.Good communication skills and influence ability. 5.Good leadership, ability to work and manage multiple stakeholders. 6.Ability to understand the consumer problems and growth opportunities. 7.Being creative and disruptive – bringing new approaches to innovation. 8.Proactive mindset, always trying to constantly improve. 9.Good presentation skills. 10.Project Management/Agile Mindset.
