The Role.

* You will be responsible and ensure for proper operational service
deliveries and service qualities from both internal and external resources for
Innomotics China central IT infrastructure in terms of:
* On-Premises data center facilities, including UPS, air conditioning,
electricity, cablings, and access control.
* On-Premises data center IT hardware, including servers, switches, routers,
load balancers and firewall devices, etc.
* On-Premises virtual machines
* On-cloud IT infrastructure resources (e.g., AWS EC2 and S3 storage)
* Operating Systems.
* SD-WAN network
* VPN network
* Internet access network
* VPN or direct line between public cloud and on-premises data center
* You will manage the on-going fulfillment of data backup and disaster
recovery strategy and process.
* You will manage the access control for the IT infrastructure.
* You will manage the user access and user privilege management up to the OS
level of IT infrastructure resources.
* You need to ensure the fulfillment of the requirements from legal,
compliance and cybersecurity perspective for IT infrastructures.
* You will manage the network services as well as the small server rooms in
the small office sites / branches.
* You will support and coordinate with the factory IT team to ensure the IT
infrastructure service deliveries and service qualities from both internal and
external resources, in terms of IT infrastructures and IT/OT networks.
* You play the role as the regional central IT infrastructure manager,
support and coordinate with the factory IT teams for any further new IT
infrastructure relevant demands, projects, tasks, and changes.
* You will play the role as the project manager for the IT infrastructure
roll-out topics / tasks / projects from global to region China.
* You will play the role as single point of contact, ensure the smooth and
transparent communication channels between Innomotics headquarters IT community
and region China IT community in terms of IT infrastructure relevant topics,
projects, and changes.
* You shall work together with internal and external resources, offer in-time
and in-quality management of IT infrastructure relevant incidents and problems.
* You will be responsible for the IT infrastructure down-time process
management.
* You will be responsible for the IT infrastructure budget, cost, and vendor
management.



Your profile.

* Bachelor’s degree or above.
* Experience in IT infrastructure and data center design, setup, and
operation management.
* Experience in network design, setup, and operation management.
* Experience in cybersecurity process setup and operations.
* Experience in cloud IaaS services.
* Fluent English and Chinese.
* Practical knowledge on ITIL service management framework. ITIL certificate
is a plus.
