1.Major Accountabilities 主要職責
Following ANZ time zone and work closely with ANZ sales and customers to have sales orders processed timely and correctly.
配合澳新工作時間,與客戶和銷售積極配合以及時正確地處理客戶訂單。
To fulfil customer orders and requirements, work with ANZ plant and logistics to have timely producing and delivery.
處理和完成客戶訂單與需求,協助澳新工廠和物流部門以保證生產及運輸的及時安排。
To execute Solenis’s customer service standards, order processing procedure, and support the implementation of SAP.
執行索理思客戶服務標準和客戶訂單處理流程,支持SAP實施。
Communicate well with sales team, plant, logistics and finance team, work closely with them to solve disputes if necessary.
與銷售/工廠/物流/倉庫保持良好的溝通, 如有需要, 協助他們一起解決其間爭議。
Communicate well with customers; manage well customers’ requirements and needs, provide timely and efficient feedback to customers.
與客戶保持良好溝通, 合理管理客戶需求,并及時回復客戶咨詢。
To evaluate and improve customer service performance
評估和提高客戶服務績效.
2.Position Prerequisites 職位要求

A university degree or above
大學本科或以上學歷
Experience經驗:
Above 3 years relevant working experience is required.
有3年或以上相關工作經驗者.
Others/其他:
Highly motivated, able to take the initiative, capable of working independently
高度自我激勵, 能夠采取主動, 獨立工作
A capable user of PC office applications. Knowledge of SAP will be as advantage.
良好的計算機操作能力, 熟悉SAP系統者優先
Excellent English verbal and written ability will be an advantage
具有流利的英語口語和書寫能力優先
Competency 勝任能力:
With a pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work as part of a team
個性開朗,良好的溝通技巧,團隊合作能力強
Able to work under pressure to deliver tasks on time
