PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Leads all Digital Marketing and Media initiatives for CP China, defining strategy and charging all cross-category digital projects, media, and leadership of the digital IMCs for brand activations. Develop Colgate Brand big idea campaign media plan.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead consumer engagement digital transformation via mapping digital led consumer experience journey.
* Champion the knowledge center of digital ecosystem evolvement and trend.
* Manage media / digital negotiations, buys and tracking. Media vendor management.
* Monitor and share market digital trends, competitor and industry news and best practices regularly and come out proposal to drive Colgate media ideas
* Partner with Brand Marketing teams to deliver brand campaigns and engagement to increase trial and repeat.
